Our All Access College Recruiting Program provides athletes and families with a clear, proven system to navigate the recruiting process and create real opportunities to play at the next level. From building a strong recruiting profile to communicating with college coaches and finding the right fit, we guide athletes every step of the way.
Why FTL United:
Most clubs offer general recruiting advice. At FTL United, we provide a structured, hands-on system that actively moves athletes through the recruiting process.
Our program focuses on:

ALL ACCESS COLLEGE RECRUITING PROGRAM
A two tier program is designed to meet athletes where they are in the recruiting process, offering both foundational guidance and advanced, hands-on support.
Premier Access (Tier 1)
Our most comprehensive recruiting package for athletes who want a hands-on, personalized experience.
Includes:
- Personalized recruiting strategy, target school list, and ongoing 1:1 support
- Full University Athlete profile, optimization, and management
- Advanced film guidance, including HUDL support and highlight video feedback
- Customized outreach system with email templates, communication strategy, and tournament planning
- Professional photo and video sessions
- Priority access to college clinics, Q&A sessions, and exposure opportunities
- Verified athletic testing and performance data for recruiting profiles
Recruiting Guidance (Tier 2)
A strong foundation for athletes beginning their recruiting journey.
Includes:
- Recruiting education, timelines, and college level guidance
- Access to University Athlete and profile setup support
- Professional headshots and verified athletic testing
- Email templates and basic communication guidance
- Three structured recruiting meetings with ongoing progress tracking
- Priority access to college clinics, Q&A sessions, and exposure opportunities
About Coach Hope
Coach Hope serves as the College Recruiting and Player Development Coordinator at FTL United Volleyball, where she works directly with athletes and families to guide them through the college recruiting process. With a background as a former collegiate athlete and current coach, she brings both firsthand experience and a practical understanding of what it takes to compete at the next level. Her approach focuses on honest evaluation, personalized strategy, and consistent communication to help athletes find the right fit, both athletically and academically. Coach Hope has worked with athletes at a variety of levels and is committed to helping each player navigate the recruiting process with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
